East Var, the new pole of activities.

The region Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur is certainly growing economy-wise.
Companies from Marseille are delocalizing in Var, and others from Ile-de-France
are opening branches in the south of France due to low land prices.

Epsilon II's, one of the major
East-Var professional real estate projects, will begin in 2003 and aims at establishing
high technologies companies.
Other projects bet on the local industries to revitalise the local economy. Capitou
and Palud, two important industrial poles will also benefit of a surface increase.
The business is not in rest with the foreseen opening in 2004 of a new commercial
zone.
Here are the ambitious projects which strengthen PACA's place as a privileged
investment zone, while making east Var an El Dorado.
